Black Bird Farm Series

Our niece and her husband bought a farm in MI recently and last year we took most of our family to the farm for a visit. I grew up in Iowa and my grandparents lived on a farm when I was growing up and I have great memories of loving the farm; these scenes brought back sweet memories.

The original farm house stands on the property of their farm.  We loved sitting and strolling around the wrap around porch and peaking in the basement to see the cellar walls made of rock.
