Our son and his cousin are standing outside a chicken coop contemplating the prospects of going back inside, it was very smelly and dusty and noisy, and crowded with other enthusiastic cousins.  We were visiting a relative’s farm with this old building alone housing many ducks and chickens- and eleven cousins coming in and out- it was a whirlwind of sensations.

The monochromatic color scheme is energized by the little boy’s red shirt, like the bulls eye of the painting to keep you drawn into the image.
